Ralph is amazing he was able to fix our dryer 12 days before he was scheduled to come back. He was personable and professional. What a very nice person he is. Would ask that he is the only repairman that comes to our house, if that is possible!

I love both Charles who came out for the service and Seth who did the quote but the Sears ai system rescheduled my install 3 times and kept pushing it out farther for no reason. apprehensive about using again but the techs were great
