Eli had to come to our house three times, because we had to order the part, which turned out to be defective. Had to order a new part, and Eli came back the very next day after the part arrived. He is cheerful, polite, flexible, and conscientious. And he fixed our dryer!

Mr Ward was the technician assigned to investigate/repair my electric clothes dryer. The issue was that the dryer was not emitting enough hot air to dry my laundry. He conducted a diagnosis and was able to get the dryer to perform satisfactory. Mr Ward was very efficient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He is a credit to your company.

Edward arrived on time. He was very proffessional and friendly. He checked the dryer carefully and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was very satisfied with his performance. Unfortunately the repair was not worth the cost of the machine . I decided not to do the repair.
