Luis may have saved our lives. He found that our dryer was installed with wiring that could have caused a fire. He repaired the wiring and made sure it was safe and working properly. Thank you!

Sears has awesome technicians!! However, customer service is absolutely horrible! Their AI technology is impossible to use and appointments are changed randomly with no explanation. I will not be using their services anymore.
