James was on time and very professional. However, he was also very friendly and good with my dogs. He explained the problem with my dryer and a few days later, after the part arrived, he repaired the dryer! Next time I have an appliance problem, I will call Sears and request James.

JD, our technician, was very helpful after the previous technician didn't show or call. The second technician also ordered the wrong part for our dryer. Communication could be improved; it's hard to get a live agent. This process took almost 4 weeks to complete. I understand the understaff.
