Diagnostic inspection of drayer
He came within the scheduled time and he was very pleasant and professional. He did the diagnostic inspection and was able to us what the problem was, what it would cost and how long it would take to repair it and he also provided his best advise for the way forward.

Sears AI does not work. It is making service to be delayed by weeks for no real reason, especially when they say parts are on order. Parts have arrived each time I've had service scheduled. Also, customer service is not helpful at all. This process get 0 zero stars. Fix it!
