The technician's attitude and service skills were impeccable. However, Sears' operational process of scheduling appointments and showing up for scheduled appointments is definitely not customer friendly. Sears does not communicate directly with the customer of cancellations by email, text, or phone. Instead, they post the cancellation notice on their appointment page at the 7th or 8th hour of a 9 hour (8a.m.-5p.m.) technician arrival service window.
