Marcus was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job. He was able to diagnose the issue pretty quick and also when it came the time for replacing the part, he made it even more efficiently.

Mike quickly found the trouble with our dryer, explained to me what was happening or rather not happening with our dryer and ordered the parts needed. He returned another day once parts arrived and installed them quickly and proceeded to demonstrate that the dryer was functioning properly.
