Great guy, great service experience
He was personable and knowledgeable, looked at the problem. Told me some things, I needed to do etc. charge was fair and he was an honest guy.

Michael came, evaluated our dryer and gave his suggestion on parts needed. Before our followup visit he contacted AHS and told them all of the parts that had already been placed in the dryer and the ones he was suggesting noting that he wasn't sure they would elminate the problem. All his actions resulted in our getting a new dryer supplied to us by AHS. Good job Michael.
