He was great. But the quote I received from Sears Home Services was very much over priced and I could have purchased a new dryer for the cost of repair. The rep was great and understood that I did not have the required funds to fix the dryer. I will just buy a new one.

Hamayoon fixed the heating element problem with our Samsung dryer, and also pointed out a previously unidentified issue regarding our dryer vent taking in water from the outside, which was exacerbating the problem with the dryer function. It was definitely a worthwhile experience and his advice was much appreciated. Thank you!
