Eric was very punctual. Arrived when he said he would arrive.. Told us the first time he was out there. That he had ordered parts and he would be back to install them. I like that they sent the same technician out to install the parts.. He was very neat cleaned up the laundry room as he worked. Eric was very polite. We were pleased with his overall service of the dryer.

The technician from Sears was quick to identify the problem and the estimated repair costs made me decide for the purchase of a new dryer. Missing information was the technician's name, company address, company contact information. I do not like to deal with a business I do not know.

You need to eliminate you AI system for sevice calls. I was first told yesterday morning that I did not have a scheduled appointment and then I was told the technician would be there at 9 am. The technician finally came at 4 pm. He told me that he was not to arrive before 10 am. I never told anyone that arrival had to be after 10 am for this appointment. My time is as important as your time so I need a better window than between 8 am and 5 pm. Since there is no actaul person to talk to this is impossible to find out. Daniel had to step in when Tim wasn't sent back to fix my dryer. He jumped in and figured everything out even though he wasn't the one who performed the initial assessment. He fixed my dryer!!! I'm thankful and appreciate his expertise.

I was not present at the time, but my parent's caretaker was very pleased with the service. He was courteous and pleasant she said and got right to checking the dryer. Very professional. When I spoke with him on the phone, he was very courteous also.
