Dryer residual gas smell

Tony was expert at getting directly to the problem. When he opened the bottom cover, he could smell the gas odor. The replacement part would cost $700+. The dryer is about 13 yrs old. I decided to replace the dryer and washer. Tony shut off the gas valve at the dryer. I was very pleased with the high quality of character and expertise representing Sears Home Service.

He got right down to work he basically took the whole dryer apart. He found the issue cleaned out the problem and all is fine. He cleaned up after himself ❤️Also John was polite and professional
