Dryer repair
Francisco the technician was excellent but the other 3 appointments with the other technician were terrible. Took 4 weeks to fix the dryer which was unacceptable and probably the worst experience I ever had with a repair company, I will not use Sears again.

Aidan was great. He was the only positive in this entire repair process. The phone system, chat system is abysmal. We waited one day for 4 hours and the system has rescheduled without any notification. We asked about a credit - no response.
