Very professional, fixed the problem with the dryer
I wanted to leave a negative review for Sears as it took over two months and four scheduled visits to fix the dryer due to company's organizational havoc, but your technician Sloan deserves the best review. Polite, professional, focused on solving the task.

I described the problem with our new dryer. The technician (Ralph) knew right away that the blower motor had not been installed correctly at the factory. Within a short period of time, he disassemble the dryer and attach the blower motor correctly. I would highly recommend Ralph with Sears Home Services.

It was easy to find and schedule an appointment quickly- in my case it was next day. The technician arrived within the allocated time give or take a few minutes. The updates via text where appreciated. It can be a little nerve wracking having strangers come into your home for a service call, but Alex was very personable and down to earth and I felt at ease in no time. I was curious about the issue on hand and he explained the steps and processes he was taking to troubleshoot. In the end I was given a clearly explained and categorized estimate to repair appliance. I did not feel pressured or like any question was a dumb question. I now have a clear answer to my issue and how I am going to proceed. I would not hesitate to call again.
