Willie arrived and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. This process would have been easier if I was allowed to do troubleshooting over the phone. He merely had to unplug the dryer and plug it back in to reset the board.

Paul was a very good technician. He handled the repair quickly and thoroughly. However, I will never use this service again unless and until it fixes it's AI virtual assistant for scheduling. Luckily I am retired and somewhat flexible, but scheduling my follow up appointment was a nightmare.
