David replaced a belt but the rollers are not replaceable. It now won't work . When tried, makes terrible noise and took about two hours to dry one load of clothes. We called today and were told it would be May 10 before replacement information would be coming. We are willing to go buy a dryer locally if you would reimburse us or get us a dryer asap. It has left us without a dryer for two weeks. Very unacceptable service.

Hi, we had a wonderful experience with Rudy, who came to our house to fix our dryer. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and ordered needed parts, and spent two days at our house. Cleaned up everything afterwards, and just was a pleasure to have at our house.

Sediq cleaned my dryer which the other technician should have done . The other technician did not order the correct part. Sediq had the correct part and also cleaned my dryer for an extra $50.

I had a very good experience with Todd and the Sears service. I was able to schedule a timely appointment and Todd arrived right on time. It was an easy diagnosis..a broken belt as I suspected. He ordered the belt on Wednesday and came on Friday to install it. My only complaint was the price…seemed quite a bit for a belt…but thankfully I have a home warranty that covered it….would've used them if I didn't have the warranty.
