Best service man ever!
He works for Sears for many years and we had him couple times before and problems were solved even when others made major mistakes. Loyal to his company but at the same time honest with consumers. Thank you Mark!

James was prompt, courteous, and professional. After his arrival my dryer started heating, but he believed my concerns and disassembled the dryer for further investigation. His findings were that one of 2 heating elements was not working, and the other only intermittently. He provided me with upfront repair pricing which prompted my decision to just purchase a new one.
