Tech, knew what he was doing. Had a tech came over before Ransord came. And was told that vent was blocked. Blew out vent. To find out that dryer was still not heating properly. Ransford came and looked at vent, and then pulled out his multi meter to find out that solenoid was bad and needed to be replace. Thanks Mr. Ransford for what you do.
