Michael is a seasoned pro who quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer. He answered all my questions with expertise and clarity. I did have to wait for parts to be delivered (not Michael's fault) and schedule another date for the repair. Again Michael arrived with a smile and professionalism. He did the fix, my dryer works, and he cleaned up everything before he left. Give this man a raise!!
