Cornelius called and informed me that he was on his way again. I'd rather get a call than a text, old school more personalized. I had another appliance that required a part to be installed. We talked about what was going to be done. When he was finished, we talked about my Samsung refrigerator and a recent repair he made. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and forthright. We also talked about Sears and the various protection plans it has. I am up for a renewal of my of plan. Cornelius is very informative and will save me a couple hundred dollars when I renew my contract. Thanks!

Michael did a fantastic job, he had our dryer apart and back running again in about a half hour. Very courteous explained the whole Repair then he ran the machine and made sure we were satisfied which we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.
