Great repairman
Did a great job, Just too darn expensive! I will not be using this service anymore! Way over my budget!

Mark is an honest and excellent technician, told us exactly what was wrong with the dryer, recommended a new unit as repair would cost nearly as much as a new machine. The AI reservation system SUCKS. The head honcho that fired all the people between themselves and the techs needs fired. I want to talk to an actual person when scheduling an appointment, not a robot.
