James the technician was excellent and found a problem for which I hadn't even reported symptoms. The website should not prompt for proof of identity when I'm already logged in. And I absolutely despise the AI calls. Also there were conflicting notifications about arrival time, one saying it would be early and the other saying late.

Charles completed our repair quickly and told me what he found and gave me other information about my dryer. Super technician. The only drawback is your unusable AI. It kept calling me and not respinding at all when I answered. The same thing happened two weeks before, and we reported it. The question for you is, how long do you plan to leave this anoying AI situation? It was bad enough to make me consider other home maintenance services.
