He called before he came. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He put the part in and everything works great. He is great, but company should have common parts in his truck to avoid a return trip for their technicians.

Our technician was very polite, helpful, and knowledgable. Unfortunately, our dryer couldn't be fixed. He helped us with our search for a new/used one by telling us what brands to look for. It was a positive experience !
