Mark was my technician and he was great! He was able to diagnose and repair my dryer in an hour. I am very thankful for his expertise and the fact that he fixed it on the first visit. He is a very nice man. This is our third experience with Sears Home Services and all three have been very good.

We give Brandon a 5 star but we give Sears a 1 because of terrible AI. The part did not have correct address and fed x could not deliver it. I had to create a trouble ticket and change address so it could be delivered. Sears needs a person to work with. Not AI. Get rid of your AI.
