Brendan was there at the time specified. Did a thorough diagnostic and gave me his honest opinion on the life expectancy of my old dryer. He also suggested options on various good quality dryers, and those to avoid.

Highly appreciate Mr. Victor very presentable very nice pressed uniform representing Sears company very well! (not like prior service agent,sorry to say but Mr. Travis had very bad body hygiene and smelled really bad like cigarettes that stunk up my whole house!) Mr.Victor was very polite,knowledgeable, prompt and accurate. Appreciate his service!

My tech Sloan was prompt, communicative and helpful. The process to reach this stage was a DISASTER. Sears could not track the parts they had sent to my house, so they repeatedly scheduled and cancelled my tech appointment 5 TIMES. when Sloan arrived and I handed him the parts for the repair he said "that's not the work order I have for you and I have these parts". Of course Sears gave him the wrong parts for my fix … it's a really bad job by Sears to make the job soooo hard for their techs.
