My tech, David, and his trainee Al were polite, speedy, managed to save me a lot of money (!), and got me on the appliance warranty program. My issue was fixed within half an hour, David had the part with him and everything. I can't recall having had a better service experience. If this is Sears nowadays, I'm here for it.
