Very knowledgeable. Bill was friendly and efficient. He repaired our dryer in a short time , explained the problem and cleaned up during and after the visit. Bill has repaired our washer and dryer several times over the years and I would strongly recommend him for similar jobs.

Very quick and easy. Amazing service. I was originally going to have my dryer repaired with GE but I kept getting my appts cancelled and had to wait 2 weeks. With sears I was able to have someone come out the next day and order the part for it and installed the following day. If I have any other appliance issues I will definitely be using sears.
