Professional and efficient
He went to work immediately after diagnosis he discussed the options and offered warranty for a discount on today's work. After decisions was made, he went to work to repair. Explained 90 day warranty on today's repair work. We checked to make sure repairs corrected our problem. We paid bill. Very pleased.
