Hamayoon carried out diagnostics and determined that all systems were operating normally, and so no repair was required. The problem we were having — the dryer would keep running even after the timer completed its cylcle — appears to have "healed" itself. Therefore, there was no need to replace the door switch and control board, as originally thought. Hamayoon was polite and very professional. I have no reservations in giving him five stars.
