I have usesd Sears home services a few times now and the service I have received from them has remained the same. They reach out to you and let you know when they will be there, so that you can plan your day. Jonathan showed up when expected, was very polite and professional and diagnosed the problem in no time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs an appliance problem fixed.

Roy was an excellent technician. It took 3 days to get the repair done. 2 missed appointments. I wasted one whole day waiting for a technician that never came. At the end of that day, I was told that it was put off for a day. He was two hours late from the time the online notification said he would be here. BUT I must say, once he got here it was a very pleasant experience. I was impressed with Roy.
