Hugo let me know he was here at my home. He is very polite, professional and respectful. He gave me assessment for my washer and disassembled and cleaned my dryer. He even went as far as to vacuum my refrigerator that Rogelio was assigned to. I wish Rogelio had called me when he arrived to let me know he was here. I was very pleased with Hugo. He did a wonderful job with the annual preventive maintenance.
