Mark was great. Finally figured out the issue after 3 months of no dryer and more than 5 different techs coming out. The worst part of the whole experience was the sears customer service. Was absolutely impossible to get ahold of an actual real person, and once you did they transfer you to a million different people. Once you go to the "right" person they can't help you and sound like they are reading from a script. If it wasn't for Mark making sure to come out to solve the problem, I'm not sure what I would have done because customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with. Kudos to Mark. The 5 star rating is for HIM only and NOT the actual company getting 5 stars. Get better customer service asap.
