Francisco performed the repair on my dryer. He was very respectful of my home. He explained the problem and ordered the appropriate part. Part was replaced and he suggested I get the dryer vent cleaned sooner than later to maintain dryer working with proper air flow. He also suggested I get a flexible dryer vent which I purchased and he replaced it for me. All in all Francisco was very nice and thorough. Thank you.

Excellent service, Arturo found out that the part did not replacing (that the other technician said it needed) and arranged a refund for the part. He cleaned the part of the dryer that was causing the high pitched whine. Very good about explaining the refund process.
