Technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer. He took the dryer apart in order to find the problem and fixed it quickly. He did a great job. The dryer is working fine now.

Scheduling the appointment was cumbersome with your AI. I was asked to repeat myself over and over. I sent images, explained the situation and none of it made it to your rep. I must have had 15 emails and texts asking me to sign in for updates only there was no update!! What a giant waste of time. I can't use you again as you wasted so much time. Vincent was great! Knew his stuff and could isolate the problem but couldn't solve it as it lies with duct work.
