Great service
Dan was great, kind, friendly, clean and m knowledgeable. Dryer is back up and running, he cleaned the whole inside and did it all quickly and efficiently explaining things to me. Will definitely use this service for any needs in the future.

Steve did a great job completing the repair. I was a bit surprised by the cost of the repair work by Sears since the issue seemed very minor and easy to resolve. Both technicians who serviced my dryer were excellent, personable and very competent.
