frustrated homeowner
the service techs was great, but the phone system was horrible couldn't reach a person to talk to about inconsistencies of the orders, or to make changes, like parts for the tech was not rec'd so when tech got there he couldn't finish the job cause no replacement parts was available.

David came out the first time we ask for repair and he said a part wasn't available for this dryer and would need to be replaced. Your company sent another technician five different times and still not fixed. David came today and did extensive search and still cannot find parts to repair and again recommended replacement. Very courteous and thorough to try to help.
