I want to be clear that Jim and Dino were great. I have nothing bad to say about either of them. Having said that, we went from considering signing up for your home warranty service to swearing never to use your service again. We had the opportunity to move our appointment up from Tuesday the 25th of November to Saturday the 22nd between 1 and 5 pm. I knew that by doing so, we'd be at the end of the list of appointments. However, when Saturday came, no one showed up. We never received so much as a call or a text, just silence; at 9:45 that evening, we assumed it wasn't happening. Since we'd now lost our slot on Tuesday, we had to wait until Black Friday to get our dryer repaired, during which time we were unable to do laundry. Because there is no customer service number or email, there was never anyone I could talk to about what happened, or how to make it right. This not how to run a company.
