Technician was very awesome❗️ He repaired my dryer in timely manner, very polite, and courteous. He offer me a warranty plan, but I wasn't interested.. Thank you Sears for sending me a great technician from Sears. I will continue using Sears repair service for the rest of my life. Just like my father did thank you very much.❗️

I had a weird problem because I custom built a propane valve and no one else could spot the issue. Logan sat and put his brain on the problem and explained it all to a very frustrated customer. I was the customer. Really cool fella and sharp professional service. Give this man accolades!!!
