He was awesome but the website communication system/scheduling issues need major revision! The first website ETA was ultimately wrong by 7+ hours. How can anyone be home for this, and have a job? At least a call is needed to give more confirmation, like 2 hours away.

Our two year old Samsung dryer died during Thanksgiving week. Dave came out the very next day and assessed the issue. He had to order the part. The part came in and Dave was back today to install the part. All good!

James was great, really cared about the customer. Had a lot of knowledge and was fast, in and out in no time. The only issue is the company itself. They use all AI for customer service and are really bad at it. The technician is amazing the company is really bad.
