What a great experience! It's so convenient to book online, and Philip came out the next day. He was very kind, polite and even cleaned up the lint that was everywhere from my dryer. He certainly went above and beyond for me! Thank you!

Trevor has to come out several times to get everything in working order. He was always prompt, kind, and efficient in doing the job. He also was careful to remove the trash from the job. Our appliances are now in good working order!

Daniel came out to do an evaluation and within minutes of listening to the machine knew exactly what parts to order and confirmed a return appointment. He returned today 12/13/25 and quickly began the repair. The machine runs smooth and heats well. He did an amazing job and I appreciated his knowledge that allowed to order the parts promptly and set up a return appointment quickly. His professionalism and manners were refreshing. If I need repairs in the future, I hope that Daniel will be available.

. The service call by Juan was excellent. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer, explained what was wrong and very efficiently repaired it. And it involved taking apart the dryer in a very tight space so it couldn't have been easy . He was very pleasant as well. A +++!
