This repairman Jody B. knew his job.. it was Not what the 1st guy said the 1st guy never took it apart he looked at the door part area had he taken it off he would have seen it blew a fuse and he could have repaired it on the same day November 18th instead he ordered 2 parts which came to my house in 2 days. My next appt was on November24th and few days before they cancelled that appt.. then rescheduled for December 3rd today... and Jody fixed it. I have a very disabled Veteran here and laundry is a must everyday... these 2 weeks of wait then finding out it was a fuse well perhaps it should be explained to your workers to actually open it up and check the fuses geez. But Jody, he deserves 5 stars or more he's definitely an asset to your company.

David fully explained what was wrong and that GE no longer made the parts for my 30 year old dryer. He also took the time to look up the specs for my GE Profile washer, which is also 20 years old. He was very courteous and personable. He gave great customer service!
