Marty was really fantastic--efficient, polite, and professional. He confirmed our diagnosis in just a few minutes and made the repair in just a few more. He forewarned us about an oily smell that would accompany the first couple uses of the repaired dryer as well, as the heating coil burns off the preservative that keeps it from rusting. An excellent experience from start to finish and beyond.

The project took longer than expected due to multiple delays involving inexperienced technicians, and ordering of parts to complete the repairs, but once the parts arrived, and more experienced technicians took over the repairs, the job was promptly completed..

Tyler S. is very professional, knowledgeable and focused. I appreciate the repairs he made on my dryer. He did everything he was supposed to do. However, later today, I used my dryer and discovered that the original problem remains……grinding sound and extremely hot on back panel. Need help.
