Your technician was knowledgeable as well as thorough in about my dryer repair. He had the necessary parts available to fix the problem the very same day which is always a plus. He cleaned the dryer and the "work space" area. He was a blessing. He also helped set me up with a new "appliance service plan". Thanks so much.

The service technician Noe was great in evaluating the problems with my dryer. He provided me with direct causes, contributing factors, and a lot of knowledge on what to look out for and what maintenance needs are the best way to continue a successful working appliance.
