And was pleasant, offered a recommendation along with the options and their costs, showed me what the problem was and how to tell if the air vent was clogged (it wasn't but I thought it was) and suggested a specific kind of brush to keep the lint filter clean.

Turns out the issue with my drier was a user error—the dryer was functional. Gabriel wasn't put out or annoyed and cleaned and checked my drier, fixing 2 little issues that he did find.

Technician was very professional called me in advance letting me know he was on his way. Once he go here he explain what he was going to do. He showed me the issue and deny it happened. He got to work and within in 1/2 he has my dryer working.
