Was one of the best techs I've delt with in a long while. Personable, friendly, humorous, and knowable. Freddie came in got to work and was done with the diagnostic in no time. I was not happy that yesterday, the scheduled technician didn't show up and no-one called me to explain or apologize. I had to spend another day at home, since your windows to show up are always 8am to 3pm. For an hourly worker like me, that's a big loss. My consolation was that Mr Safiullah did a very good job fixing my dryer. Nonetheless, I must wait to see that this service repair is for good.

Kyle diagnosed the issue with the dryer as the motherboard. He ordered the part and returned promptly to complete the board installation. Dryer running like new again. Kyle also repaired our washing machine last year. The guy is gold. Very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service he has provided. Highly recommend him. Definitely 5 Star.
