Great guy, great service!
It would be nice if every tech and customer support individual would be like Josh! Once in a while we get lucky with the people that should up to repair stuff that brakes (in our case, a dryer under warranty.) Sears is not up to par, but Josh went way above our expectations. šš¼ šš¼ šš¼ šš¼ šš¼ Thanks again Josh! JB
