We do not like using the A-I service scheduling. It is very frustrating to not be able to speak with a live agent, especially that you can't describe the issue that needs fixing when none of the categories are really right. Also getting rescheduled halfway through the day when you had to make arrangements to have someone at your home waiting for the technician to arrive.

After many trips out and many parts ordered, our dryer is finally fixed and quiet! The last two visits were by Chuck, who is a long-time Sears employee. He knew what he was doing and after he had to order two more parts, he fixed our dryer yesterday. He is very personable and explained to us what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it! Thank you Chuck!!

Enrique B. Was very efficient and completed repair in a timely manner. Professional and courteous. Very helpful. Previous technician Daniel first encounter 11/28/2025, misdiagnosed problem, resulted in purchasing wrong item for repair and having to reschedule twice in order for issue to be properly resolved. Also I incurred a higher repair cost than I intended. Would not of repaired had I known. Very dissatisfied with overall experience although second technician resolved problem. I will not be using your services in the future and will not recommend due to inconveniences.
