Excellent Serviceman
Howard did a fantastic job repairing my dryer. He ordered the replacement part and it arrived at my home within days. The repair was completed on the day that was convenient for me, the customer. I appreciate Howard for taking the time to explain the entire process. Excellent experience with this repair service.

Mark did not perform the needed service The cost to repair my dryer was equivalent to purchasing a new dryer!!! I gave Mark the 5 stars because he was very professional, provided good information in preventing future damage to my dryer. Was very apologetic for the multiple re-scheduling initiated by the AI scheduling (I was re-scheduled after waiting all day; the second time the technician arrival changed multiple times) I don't know how the repair aspect of this company stays in business!! Perhaps once the technician FINALLY arrives customers forget about the hours/days they've waited. I guess this is what happens when you allow AI to take over
