Dryer doesn't work
My dryer worked for two hours and then wouldn't heat again.

Albert was a very caring and helpful technician. He was friendly while fixing our dryer and answered all my questions. I was thankful that he could come before our actual service date. We had our dryer fixed before Christmas instead of after Christmas. I would like to recommend Albert to come again should we need future service.

Mark did a great job and was quick. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. Would request him in the future. I cant say the same about your system that you use. I needed some help with a wrong part ordered and it was impossible to contact anyone and could not get your system to take a comment. Was only trying to save you time and money from making an extra trip. Make your customer service the ability to work with your customers. Could only give your system and management a 1 star.
