Dryer repair
Charles did an excellent job in finding the issue very quickly. He also gave me information regarding what was happening with my breaker and directed me as to which exhaust hose would be best. The one I have is too short and was not properly attached when the electrical company was here. Thank you Charles for all your help.

Jeffrey has always repaired the appliance I had issues with. The problem we have is your customer service scheduling. It has a ZERO rating. Can't talk to a person, cancels the appointment several times before actually showing up! You need BETTER customer service!
