Dryer repair
He was able to diagnose the problem of my clothes dryer and told me the cost of repairs. It was more than a cheaper new one and I decided to replace it. He was efficient and not impolite but I wish he was a bit more friendly.

Patrick arrived on time . Very nice & friendly. He immediately went to work taking the dryer apart to exam what's going on . I told him the dryer wasn't heating up . He knew immediately how to fix the situation. He replaced the thermostat , vacuumed out all the built up lint underneath the drum, then put everything back together again. All in about 45 minutes. Very neat, organized, knowledgeable, & efficient. He definitely knew what he was doing! It was so nice to get my dryer up & running so quickly ! He had all the necessary parts on his truck when he arrived.

Tech was quick as possible during repairs, despite having to order parts and having to return multiple times to fix another techs mistakes. He was also kind and curtious and made sure to point out issues and offered to fix those as well. Sears can use more techs like Jonathan. Thank you.
