Knowledgeable, caring
I do believe my dryer is finally fixed after years of only using one setting to dry my clothes when I purchased a dryer with many, many settings to dry clothes of all kinds from delicate to large comforters. Leroy kept us in formed about is arrival time which is much appreciated.

John was excellent each and every time he came out to attempt repair of our dryer. He had attempted repair several times since the initial request to repair in November 2025. Each time Sears ordered an aftermarket part, each time, the aftermarket part did not work. This time, however, the OEM parts (all of them) were installed and finally, two months later, I have a functioning dryer. John was excellent! Sears parts ordering was terrible. Had they ordered OEM parts to begin with my dryer would have been repaired two months ago.

Patrick and his partner were great! Both professional and pleasant! Solved the problem quickly and efficiently. They realized it was a fuse that had blown out. they did their thing and it was a wrap! Short and sweet!
